Do you take a commission on my sales?
Never. Cubar uses a flat subscription model — we earn revenue only from your subscription, not your sales. 100% of your revenue is yours.
What's the difference between AR products and traditional listings?
AR products are interactive 3D items that customers can preview in their space using Augmented Reality. Traditional listings are standard product pages with photos and descriptions — every plan includes unlimited traditional listings.
What happens when I hit my AR product limit?
You can keep selling — your existing AR products stay live. To add more AR items, upgrade to a higher plan. Soon, Silver and Gold plans will be able to buy additional AR products as add-ons.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between subdomain and custom domain?
Basic includes a free Cubar subdomain (e.g. yourbrand.cubar.store). Silver and Gold also support a fully custom domain (e.g. shop.yourbrand.com) you already own — just point your DNS at us.
Are subscriptions refundable?
All Cubar subscriptions and add-ons are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for full details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We process payments through Paymob and major card networks (Visa, Mastercard). Local methods are available for merchants in MENA. For Gold annual contracts, we also support bank transfer.
I'm based outside MENA — can I still use Cubar?
Yes. While our primary market is MENA, Cubar is a cloud platform available globally. Reach out via our contact page if you have region-specific requirements.
