Refund & cancellation policy

How cancellations and refunds work for Cubar subscriptions and add-on purchases.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Cubar subscriptions and add-on purchases. By subscribing to Cubar, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription refunds

All sales are final. All Cubar subscription payments — whether monthly or annual, and across all plan tiers (Basic, Silver, and Gold) — are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part, regardless of whether the subscription period has been used.

We encourage all merchants to carefully review the features included in each plan tier before subscribing. Our website provides detailed information about each plan, and our support team is available to answer any questions before you commit to a subscription.

2. Add-on purchases

Additional AR model transformation quota and any other add-ons purchased through the Apps & Integrations page are non-refundable once purchased. This includes any unused portion of the purchased quota. Please ensure you understand your needs before completing an add-on purchase.

3. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Cubar subscription at any time through your merchant dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).
  • You will continue to have full access to all features included in your plan during the remaining billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles after cancellation.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.

For example, if you are on a monthly plan and cancel on day 10 of the cycle, your store will remain live and accessible for the remaining 20 days. After that, your subscription will end and your store will be deactivated.

4. Effect of cancellation

Once your subscription ends:

  • Your AR-Commerce storefront will be taken offline and will no longer be accessible to customers.
  • Your merchant dashboard access will be suspended.
  • Your product data, 3D models, and analytics will be retained for a limited period in case you choose to reactivate your subscription.
  • After an extended period of inactivity, your account data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to export your product data or sales reports before cancellation takes effect, please do so prior to the end of your billing period.

5. Reactivation

If you change your mind after cancelling, you may reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a plan and completing payment through your dashboard. If your data is still retained, your store and products will be restored. If your account data has already been permanently deleted, you will need to start a new account from scratch.

6. Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will attempt to process the payment again and notify you. If the payment cannot be successfully processed within a reasonable grace period, your subscription may be suspended or terminated. You can update your payment method at any time through your dashboard to avoid service interruption.

7. Exceptional circumstances

While our standard policy is that all sales are final, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended platform outages caused by Cubar. Such cases will be reviewed individually and any refund granted is at our sole discretion.

8. Customer purchases on merchant storefronts

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to subscriptions and add-ons purchased directly from Cubar. It does not apply to purchases made by end customers on merchant storefronts built using the Cubar platform. Refunds for products purchased on merchant storefronts are governed by each merchant's own refund policy, which is set and managed independently by the merchant.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
